The biggest thing on my mind right now is my eczema, mostly because it is killing me right now! For those of you who haven't been with me in my life time struggle against the hand-consuming rash, I'll see if I can find a definition for you.

But...let me put it my own way...
Inflammation of the skin, always causing extreme itchy, even enough to wake one in the middle of the night scratching and forcing oneself to sit on his/her hands to resist the urging impulses to scratch. Eczema looks like a small bubbly red rash that can be crusty yet oozing at the same time. Thus, my ice cream job is sometimes painful. But well worth it since I love my co-workers and the pace is just perfect for me (running, yet every 2 hours you can sit down for 15 minutes...HA and you think I'm joking?!). Not to mention the hat that everyone (Simon) loves. Yes, my brothers are very manly...and obsessed with taking my stuff.

dear bethany... matthew has eczema on his hands (and feet) too. it's not pretty but feel the family connection that someone understands your pain (meaning him.) we used to just come up with creative ways to moisturise the crap out of them to get rid of it...(me and tamara had him convinced at one point that he should sleep with vaseline on them and wrap them in plastic cling wrap...we're mean...and no it didn't help but we had a good laugh at him hopping around the house not being able to open any door knobs)
i'm so sorry for your hands but you should ask auntie carol what kind of creme he has now, it seems to work really well.
